  1. My very first look. What style, quality, input and everything. It will take a week or so to enjoy it all at first! Congratulations.

With a name and e-address like mine, I MUST be interested!! Actually I am a lifelong (78) francophile, with many friends there-Montreuil Bellay, on the Loire, Jumilhac le Grand, Crest, Die, and all over the Gard where I lived for 6 years.

You seem to be an electronic Elizabeth David. Praise goes no higher

  4. Having been only to a few places in France, getting ready to celebrate a birthday in Paris and, all in all, LOVING so much that is France, i am feeling like the luckiest lady alive to have discovered this blog. The first photo that caught my eye was one from Helsinki realizing that I had been there somewhat recently. I LOVE your photos and your writing. I hope that I will be able to join you again online.
