I was in Paris for three weeks and returned home this past weekend. I had an afternoon lesson at Le Cordon Bleu where an Austrealian friend of mine works behind the scenes managing things and I also attended a gourmand course at Alliance Francais where I tried to consolidate my French over two weeks.
